• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process:

• Contact Us: To initiate a return, please fill out our 'Contact Us' form available on our website. Provide your order details and the reason for your return request.

• Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.

• Return Cost: A fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your return value to cover the cost of return shipping.

• Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 3 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
