Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• If a product is defective, please reach out to us for a resolution.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Fill out our Contact Us form. Provide your order details and the reason for your return request.
2. Return Label: Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
3. Return Cost: A fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your return value to cover return shipping.
4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
